Apryl was awsome at her business. We were selling a property from my brothers estate not in the area we live. She had my confidence from our first phone conversation, which I needed. Also it was very helpful knowing when all of my paperwork needed to be done and when the closing date and time was. I have had past experiences where the realtor didn't get me that info and that always puts me into a emergent situation.
